Amber Fort ticket prices at a glance
Entry prices for Indian and foreign visitors changed on 1 January 2026. Adults now pay INR 200 as Indian visitors and INR 1,000 as foreign visitors. Guides written before 2026 often show INR 100 and INR 500. Those figures are out of date.
The ticket covers the palace complex by day: the courtyards, the Diwan-i-Aam, the Ganesh Pol, the Sheesh Mahal and the gardens. It does not cover the light and sound show in the evening, an elephant ride, Jaigarh Fort or Nahargarh Fort. Each of those has its own price.
This site does not sell entry tickets and is not run by the fort's management. Prices are listed for 2026, and they can change, so check the amount at the counter or on the state's ticketing portal before you pay.

How to buy and what to expect
Counter or online, the price per person is the same listed rate.
At the counter
Tickets are sold at the entrance area. On festival days the ticket counter can move, as it did at the Singhpol gate during the Navratri fair in October 2026. Follow the signs on the day.
Online
The state runs an official online ticketing portal for monuments. Checkout, payment methods, fees and availability change, so read the details on the portal itself. Do not assume an online price is lower.
Elephant ride and jeep
Rides are charged separately, and the rate has changed more than once since 2025. A jeep to the top is priced per vehicle. Neither is part of the entry ticket.
